Trainspotters long drive

Seems like server ended to fast... didnt even make till endgame, somehow... and whats even more fun - round wasnt counted as Ive played it. No records of it in history of completed game rounds. Or its maybe cause endgame isnt finished yet. Might be lastoption. But I didnt make 25/25 trainspotters. And even on live servers getting last one (bottom right on screen of them) seems like legendary task, nearly impossible. Ive heard some people already got them. To fast... kinda odd. And as reward for getting them all was bonus engine. Its on live servers.

Well, started PTR2 agan, new. This time video issues remains as it was at start of previous PTR2. All is same, just few more bugs arrived with train... ironic.. huh?

And from Albuquerque gona move to Phoenix. Reasons - Phoenix has more fun players and associations more friendly. In Albuquerque its already 3 guilds (or associations) with just 8 players. Its gona be fighting and fighting. Just skipping teamplaying and fighting isnt the best for achieving something in this game. And west vs east competition remains, so its even worse to fight between each other...

Rail Nation Egg hunt

Just now Rail Nation has some fun event-  egg hunt.
Find one egg - get prize. Find all 9 (total amount), and get special prize.

They can be anywhere on map, even those areas that are not explored yet (no tracks etc). How do they look like? Picture below (first prize for me was license voucher).

First prize (first egg) - license voucher
Second - cash (depends of era, amount of cash).
Third - 10 gold. All eras got same amount.
Fourth - production series voucher (damn these are good).
Fifth - 24h plus account.
Sixth - research points (at era 4 day 9 its 5 research points, might be different on era, who knows).
Seven - one free track.
Eight - one free lottery ticket.
Nine - one free engine voucher.
Bonus prize when collected all of them - 100 instant dispatch vouchers.

Yes, now im on 24/25. New guy i got today turned into 40 000 usd reward. Hoping to get competion reward in next 24 hours. And ill post what it is. Pictures and text.

ARRRRRR, cant wait to see what it is, cause cant seem to find any details over web about it at all. Seems to me, none has get it yet.

Collecting trainspotters

This new feature they have on PTR (public test realm) is fun, in sorta way. First - all of them gives money, different amount. Max I got from collecting one picture is 40 000 ingame currency (usd).

It takes 30 minutes before new picture, trainspotter, appears. And you can get 100 usd or 40 000 depends of rarity, thats my guess.

Have loads of them, multiple, so they can be collected multiple times. Reward comes to collect 25 unique of them. But ingame medals are given 25..50...100, if i remember correct.

Waiting for my last 2 of them, and then as promised - prize. Wonder what is in box.

Trainspotters and collected amount, type of them can be found under Medal tab.

How do You know how much money they are worth? Mouse over the picture and youll see.

Video reward system

Im getting close to get reward, achievement, for 10 000 videos watched. BUT there is a thing as it was earlier. For some unknown reason, half of videos dont give credit or bonus video (with plus account on). and turns out, it doesnt matter when I press Watch video (bonus) or Complete.

Compared to yesterday and few days earlier, getting rewards takes more time. Watch first, and untill new window pops up (opens), it can take up to 15 seconds. idel time, wasted for nothing. and if this happens, next video dont load at all or just gives first bonus and no bonus video. wth? confused and strange remains in this chain.

What do You do aside Rail Nation?

Im just curious, what people do between repairing trains, setting new schedules and collecting bonuses? There isnt a thing to do. And I dont see anything new coming in this, idle time. Or there is? Beside playing something else, working real life stuff bla bla... what else can be done there? Or there is a side of this game i dont know about?

If association is big enough and there is enough people they will help collect bonuses. Thats great, but then what?

Damn, wish there was more interactions between all this. Game remains a bit plain, less changes comes in no matter years go on.

Income per bonuses

There is a trick with bonus video. This is only via mobile app Rail Nation.
When you watch video, go untill it ends, of course. and then, dont close it for few seconds (around 3). then close it, bonus video window will open back in the app itself. dont right away click on next video. wait until line  Reward will be payed out shortly dissapears and then after 2 secs, press it Watch video. then videos is gona play one after another and app is not gona crash.

it doesnt matter how fast internet you got, it will be dead if you press it right away. 4 videos max and app crashes or you gona watch videos without getting first or second reward.

not sure where is the problem, but might be in same devs department. where they cant fix chrome/firefox issues with videos. maybe someday in closest years future all videos will works as it was one year ago. cause of this i left the game for more than a year.

we will see how things go.
